The Barkers-Woode brand embodies the minimalist aesthetic. Each garment is made up of clean, fluid lines resulting in collections that are timeless. Hand made in Ghana, the designs are inspired by global histories and generations of women. The emphasis of exaggerated seam-lines cling to modern culture and the use of androgynous artworks play on the mixture of masculinity and femininity.
Our approach.
Barkers-Woode, operates as a designer and retailer of apparel and accessories for women in Ghana and internationally. It offers ready-to-wear clothes for women, leather goods, and accessories. It embodies today’s woman with the marriage between sophistication and sexiness which allows her to step into the world, wherever that might be; feeling and looking confident.
